Terms & Conditions

Please review the following legal obligations carefully before signing.

   Security Deposit: The Renter shall provide an original Passport or a cash deposit of 5,000 THB to the Lessor as security for the duration of the rental period.

   Geographic Restrictions: The vehicle is permitted for use strictly within the boundaries of Koh Phangan. Use of the vehicle on any beach or shoreline is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a mandatory fine of 10,000 THB.

   Passenger Capacity: A maximum of two (2) persons is permitted on the vehicle at any time. Unauthorized overloading will result in a fine of 5,000 THB.

   Liability for Damage: The Renter assumes full financial responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to the vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, mechanical failure due to misuse, bodywork damage, and puncture repairs (inclusive of tires and inner tubes).

   Maintenance: For long-term rentals, the Renter must present the vehicle for a monthly safety inspection at the Lessor's premises. The Renter agrees to maintain the vehicle in the same condition as received.

   No-Refund Policy: All prepaid rental fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including early return of the vehicle.

   Insurance Disclaimer: The Renter acknowledges that the Lessor does not provide personal accident insurance. All medical costs arising from the use of the vehicle are the sole responsibility of the Renter.

   Traffic Laws: The Renter agrees to abide by all local traffic laws. Any fines or legal penalties incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the Renter.

   Late Return: Returns exceeding a grace period of 1 hour will be charged at the full hourly/daily rate.

    Fuel: Only type of fuel allowed is gasoline (91 or 95). Do NOT add diesel. Damages charge can reach up 5,000 THB. Fuel must be refilled to the same level as the bike was rented, every sixth of fuel used is responsibility of the renter and will be charged 50 THB per bar.

    Early Return & Refund Policy: All rental agreements are final. In the event that the Renter returns the vehicle before the scheduled expiration of the rental period, the Lessor shall not be obligated to refund any portion of the prepaid rental fees. This includes, but is not limited to, early returns, changes in travel plans, or weather conditions.
